Summer Goal:
Establish strong fundamentals in the design process by learning and leveraging rapid prototyping methods and practices. Special focus on ideation and sketching in the early stages of design.
What I learned from this Summer:
This summer I learned how to use the CNC, laser cutter, mill, lathe, among other prototyping tools to create my designs. I also learned many 3D softwares, such as Adobe Illustrator, Solidworks, and Vectrics CAM.
A lot of my work, using these tools can be seen on the Projects tab of my portfolio. Special interest if you would like to see some of my CNC and Solidworks work, would be to look at the Acoustic Guitar Side-Bender that I made during the off hours of this internship.
